Fruit Holiday Tree (Shaped as a holiday tree, skewers of assorted fresh fruit serve as the decorations.  Beautiful and delicious!)

Snowman Cheese Table (Large snowman cheese ball, surrounded by an assortment of cheeses and dips, bread slices, crackers and bagels chips.)

Sled of Sliders (Tastefully decorated old-fashioned sled topped with an assortment of crabmeat salad, cranberry chicken salad, and cold smoked pork loin sliders.)

Surf Station (An ice bowl containing jumbo shrimp, served with cocktail sauce, smoked fish with capers and dilled aioli dipping sauce, crab-dill stuffed peapods, and salmon-mousse stuffed mini peppers.)
