Adeline Leigh Catering offers a selection of over 150 hors d'oeuvres for you and your guests to enjoy. Our hors d'oeuvres are made from the finest and freshest ingredients by our staff at our premises. All hors d'oeuvres are listed ala Carte so you can enjoy selecting a large variety of these bite-size creations. If you need any assistance in creating a menu for your event, please do not hesitate to call upon us.

As a general rule, hors d'oeuvres served before or after a dinner should allow for four to five pieces per guest, per hour. For an event exclusively featuring hors d'oeuvres, where no meal is served, we recommend seven to eight pieces per guest, per hour. Events serving through the traditional luncheon or dinner hour may require extra portions or heavier selections. We recommend a variety of selections, keeping color, texture and flavors in mind. Please remember that we are always available and eager to assist you in developing your menu.
